Kahin Diva is a tarot and astrology entertainment app. By using the App, you agree to the practices described here. ### 1. Who we are The App is provided by **Hüseyin Mert Acar**. For any privacy question or request, contact us at ****. ### 2. Summary Kahin Diva is **local-first**: your profile, reading history, and settings are stored only on your device and are not uploaded to any account or cloud. There is **no login or account system**. To generate AI-written tarot interpretations and companion answers, the App sends certain information to our backend service, which forwards the reading content to Google's Gemini AI service and returns the generated text. We do not sell your personal data. ### 3. Information we process #### a) Information stored only on your device The following stays on your device (in local storage) and is never transmitted to us: your gender selection, chosen deck design, experience/level progress, daily-draw timestamps, app settings (theme, language, sound, reversed-cards option), companion usage counter, the on-screen position of the companion, and your full reading history (including saved AI interpretations, limited to your most recent readings). #### b) Information sent to our backend to generate AI content When you request a tarot reading (including the daily card) or use the companion ("Ask Kahin Diva") feature, the App sends a request to our backend service. This is **not** an advertising ID and is not linked to your identity across other apps. | | IP address | Any network request (technically unavoidable) | Standard internet transport; visible to our backend host as with any online service | > **About your birth date:** Your birth date is personal information and we treat it carefully. It is transmitted to our backend to help personalize your experience. We recommend you only provide information you are comfortable sharing. ### 4. Third-party services #### a) Our backend service host Our backend is hosted on a third-party cloud provider (**Railway**). The information described in section 3(b) is received by this backend in order to process your request. Standard server access logs (which can include IP addresses) may be generated by the hosting infrastructure. #### b) Google Gemini (AI generation) Our backend forwards the reading/question content (the cards, spread, language, and your typed question) to **Google's Gemini API** to generate the interpretation text, and returns the result to your device. Google's handling of that content is governed by Google's applicable terms and privacy policy. #### c) Subscriptions — Google Play Billing & RevenueCat *(if/when enabled)* If you purchase a premium subscription, the purchase is processed by **Google Play Billing** and managed through **RevenueCat**, which we use to verify subscription status. These services may process a purchase token and an anonymous app user identifier to manage your entitlement. We do not receive your payment card details; payment is handled entirely by Google Play. Subscriptions are managed and cancelled through your Google Play account. #### d) Advertising — Google AdMob *(if/when enabled)* If the App displays advertising in the free tier, ads are served by **Google AdMob**. AdMob may automatically collect and process information such as your device's advertising identifier, IP address, and ad interaction data for the purpose of serving and measuring ads. Premium subscribers do not see ads. You can reset or limit your advertising identifier in your device settings. > **Note:** Advertising and subscriptions are features that may be enabled in future versions. The relevant data processing above applies only when those features are actually active in the App you are using. ### 5. How we use information We use the information described above only to: generate and personalize your tarot readings and companion answers; operate, secure, and prevent abuse of the service; and (where enabled) process subscriptions and serve advertising. We do not use your information for purposes unrelated to the App, and we do not sell it. ### 6. Data retention Your reading history and profile are stored on your device until you delete them or uninstall the App. AI interpretations are cached on your device as part of your reading history (limited to your most recent readings). Companion answers are not saved. Information received by our backend is used to fulfill your request; any server logs are retained only as needed to operate and secure the service. ### 7. Your choices and rights * You can clear all locally-stored data at any time by clearing the App's data or uninstalling it. * You can choose not to provide a real name; the App works without one. * Depending on your location, you may have rights under laws such as the **GDPR** (EU/UK) or **CCPA/CPRA** (California), including the right to access, correct, or delete personal information, and to object to certain processing. To make a request, contact us at the email above. * You can reset/limit your advertising ID via your device settings (relevant only if ads are enabled). ### 8. Children The App is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps. ### 9. Security Network requests between the App and our backend are transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect information. ### 10. Changes to this policy We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest version. Material changes will be reflected in the App's store listing and/or within the App. ### 11.
