By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App. ### 1. The service Kahin Diva is a tarot and astrology application that provides AI-generated tarot readings, daily cards, a companion question feature, and related content for personal use. ### 2. Entertainment purposes only **The App is provided for entertainment purposes only.** Tarot readings, astrological information, daily cards, and companion answers are not, and must not be relied upon as, professional advice of any kind — including but not limited to medical, psychological, legal, financial, or relationship advice. The content is generated by automated systems and does not predict the future or guarantee any outcome. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make. Always consult a qualified professional for important decisions. Do not use the App as a substitute for professional help. If you are experiencing a crisis or need support, please contact a qualified professional or local emergency services. ### 3. Eligibility You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the App. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement. ### 4. Subscriptions The App may offer optional premium subscriptions that unlock additional features. * **Billing:** Subscriptions are sold through **Google Play Billing** and are charged to your Google Play account. * **Auto-renewal:** Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (for example, weekly, monthly, or yearly, depending on the plan you choose) unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged the applicable price for each renewal. * **Free trial:** If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged for the subscription when the trial period expires. * **Prices:** Prices are shown in the App before purchase and may vary by country and currency. We may change prices for future billing periods, with notice as required by Google Play. * **Cancellation:** You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain premium access until then. * **Refunds:** Purchases are handled by Google Play and are subject to Google Play's refund policies. We do not separately process payments or refunds. * **Restore purchases:** If you reinstall the App or change devices, you can restore an active subscription via the App's restore option. ### 5. Free tier and advertising The App may offer a free tier with limited features and may display advertising. Premium subscribers do not see advertising. Feature availability in the free tier may change over time. ### 6. Acceptable use You agree not to: misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its backend services; reverse-engineer or tamper with the App except as permitted by law; use the App for any unlawful purpose; or submit content that is illegal, abusive, or infringes others' rights through the companion feature. ### 7. Intellectual property The App, including its design, artwork, text, and software, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from the App without permission. ### 8. AI-generated content Readings and companion answers are produced by automated AI systems via a third-party AI service (Google Gemini). AI-generated content may be inaccurate, inconsistent, or unexpected. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of any generated content, and it is provided on an "as is" basis (see section 2). ### 9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability **The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind**, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) the App or reliance on its content. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. ### 10. Changes to the App and Terms We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any feature at any time. We may update these Terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date reflects the latest version. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. ### 11. Governing law These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence apply. ### 12.
